For Nicole's birthday I got her that cute pink birthday dress. She seemed to tolerate it well enough, as long as she could eat a popsicle and watch Nemo and Dory (and if you don't know that is Finding Nemo)
Unlike last year, Nicole did a great job at taking off that paper to get to the good stuff.
Unfortunately Mom kept taking away all the fun gifts and giving her more paper to tear into.
She did a great job, but once she saw this skirt she HAD to put it on.
She did remain modest in her undressing and complain that pictures were being taken when she had no shirt on. Now I just need to get a shirt to complete the cute outfit!
The part Nicole really couldn't wait for was the cake! Well, really she couldn't wait for us to sing Happy Birthday. She waited so patiently through gathering everyone together, setting up the cake, taking pictures, lighting the candle, and then finally singing. Just look at that happy little girl. She's knows when it's her day.
Oh, and just in case you're wondering, we could tell Nicole was ready for cake and singing because she went around saying "happy birthday to me, happy birthday to me"
I told her to go tell everyone it's time for cake and she quickly obliged by shouting "cake" and pulling the necessary arms of any laggers.
